Bikes, Scooter & Children Policy
Safety of all our guests is key. Management and staff would like everyone to experience an enjoyable, incident free stay with us. Therefore, we would appreciate you taking note of the following rules regarding bikes, scooters and children and ask they be taken on board.
- Please note it is parents/guardians’ responsibility to always supervise and monitor your children, making sure they are always complying with our rules during your stay. It is NOT our staff’s responsibility to supervise and control your child’s behaviour and actions during your stay.
- Bikes, E-bikes, scooters etc. must be ridden responsibly, with helmets at walking pace only around the park. They are NOT to be ridden in/around facilities (camp kitchen, laundries, toilet blocks etc), around entry/exit gate areas, in between and around other peoples’ sites/chalets, disrupting other guests, or after dark without appropriate lighting to be easily visible. If you want to ride faster, please use the bike path along the beach accessed from lane 2 or lane 8.
- Please use the designated bike racks when leaving equipment unattended and whilst using the park facilities, don’t leave riding equipment on the walkways or roadways blocking other guest’s access.
- All riders must always be mindful of other guests on foot or in vehicles whilst moving around the park. Please share the roadways wisely and at walking pace only.
- By commencing your stay and receiving these rules, you are agreeing to them and will make sure your children understand and abide by them also.
With thanks, Management & Staff of BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park.
