Summer 2025/26 bookings

New Booking Enquiries for Summer 2025/26 season will open on February 1st from 9am.

  •  All booking enquiries must phone. Online bookings will not be available. If we are able to accommodate your enquiry, a $250.00 deposit will be required over the phone there and then to secure and make the booking. We will not be accepting bookings without a deposit.
  • Deposits throughout the year to bring you up to 75% paid by 1st October will be emailed out during February/March of 2025 that will state due amounts and dates in the email. Reminder emails will not be sent out for each deposit window due.
  • All enquiries submitted before 9am on 1st February will not be answered and will be discarded.
  • Group bookings will not be accepted. You must book your own spot.
  • We can NOT guarantee placement next to people and will not issue locations of bookings once made. This is an extremely busy time and availability is minimal.
  • We do NOT run a cancellation/waitlist. If you are unable to secure a booking, try again later in the year as we do get some cancellations throughout the year.
  • This day is an extremely busy day for staff, and we are unable to answer all calls/enquiries. Please do not leave messages as we will be unable to return them due to the high volume of calls received, simply keep calling until you get through.
  • Please be patient with staff on this day. We do the best we can under the extremely busy circumstances. Abuse and rudeness to staff will NOT be tolerated and we will disconnect calls if we receive this behaviour. Thank you.

December/January Rebooking Policy for Returning Guests 

  • Guests staying during the summer 2024/25 season will have the opportunity to rebook for summer 2025/26 if done so before they depart. Make sure you collect your rebooking QR code from Reception so you can secure your spot for the same dates again. Any alterations to dates/sites will have to wait until the end of January for confirmation if we can accept these change requests.
  • Once your booking is entered and accepted into the system, we will require a minimum deposit of $250.00 within 7 days to secure this reservation. Failure to make this deposit payment will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  • Deposits throughout the year to bring you up to 75% paid by 1st October will be emailed out during February/March of 2025.
