All bookings require a valid photo ID and credit card for security against the booking. All accommodation is NO SMOKING. If it is found smoking has occurred or your accommodation is left in an unacceptable state upon departure, a minimum of $250 fee will be deducted from your credit card. Any damages to accommodation or property will incur separate charges.
- Check-in time is from 2pm onwards.
- Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.
- Strictly one vehicle per site only. Extra vehicles must park outside the park.
- We do not have storage in the park for boats or extra vehicles, trailers etc. If you need to store these items whilst in Albany, please contact storage places in town.
- Strictly no heat beads, coals or open fires permitted at ANY time. Gas BBQ cooking appliances only.
- We do not allow pets in ANY of our on-site accommodation ever. We are pet friendly on caravan & camping sites only, except peak holiday periods. See our Pet Policy for details.
Refunds after arrival/Early departures
- No refunds will be given after your stay has commenced. If you feel their exceptional circumstances, please speak to staff/management and considerations may be given.
- Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at our discretion, as well as the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be breaking park guidelines, behaving in a socially unacceptable manner, causing damage, disturbing guests, or using unacceptable language. No refunds will be given and charges will incur for damages caused.
