These lovely sites are suitable for small set-ups - motorhomes/campervans as well as camper trailer up to max 7m/21ft, including draw-bar and hanging on the back bumper items. If you have something larger, you will need to book a Medium Powered Site or Large Powered Site. If there are none available for your dates, please call us to discuss alternate dates.
Please refrain from putting tarps down over the grass as it kills it. If you require a base larger than the provided shadecloth area, we ask you use shadecloth instead of tarps please.

Frequently asked questions about Small Powered Sites
What is the maximum size for a Small Powered Site?
Small Powered Sites fit motorhomes, campervans, camper trailers, and small setups up to a maximum total length of 7 metres (21 feet). This 7m limit includes the drawbar and any items hanging off the rear bumper, like spare tyres or bike racks.
What should I do if my setup is longer than 7 metres?
If your setup exceeds 7 metres (21 feet), please look at our Medium Powered Sites or Large Powered Sites. If no larger sites are available for your dates, please call reception to discuss alternate options.
Are dogs and pets allowed on Small Powered Sites?
Yes, Small Powered Sites are pet friendly outside of peak periods. Pets are strictly not permitted on any site for stays between approximately 17 December and 31 January, or across the Easter long weekend (Thursday to Monday). Please have a read of our Pet Policy available here.
Can I select a grass or concrete slab site?
Yes, you can select your preferred surface type - either a concrete slab or grass site - during the booking process, subject to availability.
Can I lay a tarp over the grass?
No, we ask guests to refrain from putting tarps down over the grass as it kills the lawn. If you require a base larger than the provided shade cloth area, please use breathable shade cloth instead.
